We want you to be fully satisfied with SAT RANKED. If you're not happy with your Pro subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow their refund process, or contact our support team at support@satranked.com with your order details and we'll help facilitate the request.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and bank. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund; if you're within the 30-day window and want your money back, please request a refund separately.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
