Welcome to SAT RANKED (also known as "SAT Ranked 1v1"). By using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What SAT RANKED is

SAT RANKED is an educational platform that offers SAT practice questions, a ranking system (RR points), gamified 1v1 and 2v2 matches, leaderboards, and SAT-related learning content. It is built to make studying for the SAT more engaging.

2. Educational purpose only

SAT RANKED is for educational gamification purposes only. Scores, ranks, RR points, and leaderboard placements are estimates for learning purposes and do not represent or predict official SAT scores. Do not rely on this platform as a substitute for official SAT preparation or guidance from qualified educators.

3. Not affiliated with the College Board

SAT RANKED is an independent study tool. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with the College Board or the official SAT exam. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board.

4. Using the platform legally and respectfully

By using SAT RANKED, you agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful, educational purposes.
Be at least 13 years old.
Treat other users with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or abuse.
Provide accurate account information.

5. No cheating, bots, scraping, or exploits

The following are strictly prohibited:

Cheating in matches (looking up answers, collusion, multi-accounting).
Using bots, scripts, automation, or any tool to manipulate matches, RR, or rankings.
Scraping, harvesting, or copying content from the site.
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or the ranking system.
Sharing accounts or impersonating other users.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or interfering with our infrastructure.

6. Account suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend, reset, or permanently ban any account engaged in cheating, abuse, manipulation, bot use, harassment, or any violation of these terms — with or without notice. Suspended accounts may lose access to RR points, ranks, paid features, and content, with no refund.

7. Our right to modify or remove content

We may update, reset, modify, suspend, or remove any content, features, scores, ranks, RR points, leaderboards, or functionality at any time, with or without notice. We may also wipe rankings or rebalance the system, especially during beta.

8. Intellectual property

All content, code, branding, design, questions, rank artwork, and materials on SAT RANKED are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use our content outside the platform without written permission. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the service for studying.

9. Payments & subscriptions

Free and paid plans are available. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Subscription, billing, and refund details are described in our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee SAT score improvements, uptime, accuracy of content, or absence of bugs. We are not responsible for decisions, academic results, test scores, or outcomes based on use of this platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
